Dr. Azulay received his Bachelor degree (Biology) from California State University at Northridge, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University School of Dentistry. In 2003 he opened his practice, in an effort to provide quality and affordable dental care to the residents of the Eastern Montgomery area.
Committed to on-going continuing education, Dr. Azulay is an expert in high tech dentistry including the new CEREC computer system, digital radiography, Invisalign orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, diode laser and dental whitening. Dr. Azulay has completed many hours of continuing education in the restoration of dental implant systems. full mouth reconstruction ,Implant dentistry, porcelain veneers, tooth whitening and cosmetic bonding are all services that he expertly and enthusiastically provide.
Dr. Azulay is a member of The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the co-founder of the Eastern PA Cerec study club. . Dr. Azulay is a former clinical instructor in restorative dentistry at the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University.
In his free time, Dr. Azulay enjoys, Bicycling, Ski and travel.
Dr. Roni Nissan, Endodontist
Received is D.M.D. from Tel-Aviv University School of Dentistry in 1984, his Endodontic Certificate from Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia in 1991, and a D.M.D. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1993. He has been a faculty member at Temple University since 1991. His activities in the Endodontic department include Course director/lecturer for undergraduate students, clinical instructor in the undergraduate and graduate endodontic clinics, and conducting weekly classical literature review seminars for graduate residents.

Dr. Min-Young (Vicky) Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea. After she moved to California, she received her Bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Biochemisty at University of California at Davis. Wanting to combine her artistic skills with her knowledge of science, Dr. Choi decided to attend Temple University School of Densitry where she received her D.M.D. Committed to receiving the highest education and training, she later graduated from the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Temple University. This is where she learned cutting edge techniques and emerging technologies in the dental field. Dr. Choi performs root canals, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, dentures, orthodontic treatment using Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry such as veneers and whitening. Her procedures are performed professionally with minimal discomfort to the patient. She is fluent in English and Korean. She enjoys traveling, painting, and playing flute, violin, and piano.
Dr. Kogan grew up inColumbia, Marylandand, completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Maryland. From an early age, Dr. Kogan had a strong interest in dentistry and continued her education at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, where she earned her DDS. Dr. Kogan also completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where she received post graduate training focusing on oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, pediatric dentistry, restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral medicine, and implantology.
Dr. Kogan is committed to providing patients with most current and comprehensive treatments. She regularly participates in seminars and conferences that focus on the latest techniques and technologies in the field and holds memberships with the American Dental Association, Academyof General Dentistry, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, and Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Kogan lives in Center City Philadelphia and enjoys skiing, traveling, and exploring all that Philadelphia has to offer.
